Affordable Housing

A limited number of apartment homes at this community are offered through an affordable housing program designed for households with low to moderate incomes. Eligibility is based on household size and the number of bedrooms in the selected home. These homes are available to prospective residents who meet the community’s standard rental screening criteria and qualify under the program’s income guidelines. Applicants will complete the standard rental application process, and after screening is complete, the leasing team will verify household income to confirm eligibility for the program.

To qualify, the total anticipated household income for the 12 months following move-in must fall below the maximum income limit established for the unit.
